Responsibilities:

a. Helps suggesting solutions effectively resolve to the customer service’s problems through verbal or email follow up
b. Escalation inquiry service/capable to solve issue for each supporting team necessary

Requirements:

a. Candidate must possess Bachelor degree of Computer Science/IT, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
b. Min. 1-2 years working experience in related fields (Technical & Helpdesk Support) or equivalent
c. Able to work in team and independently
d. Able to work in shifting every weekends and official holidays
e. Good understanding about the e-commerce
f. Excellent in analyze and good communication skills both oral and written
